Jen-Tsan Ashley Chi, MD, PhD

My research interests are to explore the use of DNA microarrays and other genomic tools to enhance our understanding of human diseases and disease-related biological questions.

Jen-Tsan Ashley Chi, M.D., Ph.D. is Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology and works with the Center for Genomic Medicine. He received his M.D. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from Stanford University. After his Ph.D., he was a post-doctoral fellow in Dr. Patrick Brown lab in Stanford University focusing on using cDNA microarrays to elucidate the cellular differentiation as well as human pathogenesis.
