The pharmacogenetics database will provide information on all gene variants which have been associated with drug response in at least two studies to date. It will build upon a table of variants listed in Goldstein, Tate and Sisodiya (2003) and all new entries will meet the same criteria listed in that paper. It can be accessed by anyone and is useful for anyone who wants an overview of the current state of play in pharmacogenetics, or more information on a specific pharmacogenetic variant.
