siRNA Library

Qiagen Human Whole-genome siRNA Library v1.0

This whole-genome siRNA library targets approximately 22,000 human genes. Each gene is targeted by 4 independent siRNAs. The Qiagen Human whole-genome library exists in the Duke RNAi Facility as two separate 0.5nm aliquots: 1) A 1x4 version of the library comprised of four individual siRNA duplexes targeting 22,000 genes in four 74-plate sets (A, B, C, and D), 2.) A 2x2 pooled version of the library comprised of two 74-plate sets with two siRNAs/well targeting the same gene (A+B and C+D).

The 2x2 format of the whole-genome set has been arrayed into assay plates and is currently available for screening. The kinase, phosphatase, and GPCR set is also ready for screening. For additional information regarding siRNA screening contact james.pearson@duke.edu.
