In addition to providing the infrastructure for generation of gene expression data, the facility also coordinates support for the analysis of data that derives from these assays. Data analysis services are available on a consulting basis. Additionally, access to supported analysis software is available to facility users, with tutorials offered to introduce users to the principles of microarray data analysis and the supported software interface of their choice.
