Requests for Microarray services are handled by secure online submission forms. Turn around time is typically 2 to 3 weeks, but could vary based on number of samples submitted and possible backlogs in receiving reagents. We will do our best to stay within the 2 to 3 week turn around time. Please keep this in mind when grant deadlines are approaching.
PLEASE NOTE: Our office hours have changed! We are available to receive samples and answer your questions on Mondays and Thursdays from 9am to 12pm. Please make an appointment with us if you need assistance at another time.
