Genotyping Facility
Under the direction of Dr. Kevin Shianna, the IGSP's Genotyping Facility provides high-throughput genotyping for projects of all sizes. The facility offers the following services:
- ABI Taqman Allelic discrimination
- Illumina BeadArray technology
Because of the unique characteristics of each project, the service is a customized process. The facility director meets with an investigator to discuss the proper design and goals of the project. During this meeting the most appropriate technology for your project and an estimated cost is determined.
