Center for Applied Genomics & Technology
Established as a resource and focal point for the development and application of novel approaches for genome analysis, the IGSP Center for Applied Genomics & Technology (CAGT) provides support for investigators in the application of these technologies for their research, through the use and application of diverse technology platforms, including expression microarrays, large-scale genome sequencing and functional genomics.
